How do i delete a document that I uploaded?

I uploaded a coverletter as a document so that it would sent with my applications when I apply but the date is wrong on it, because obviously it is now a different date from when I first used it on the site. So how do I take it down or edit it. Remember this is something I uploaded in documents not the coverletter that internships.com helps you create. thanks
